Enable Pop-ups of browser to avoid error when placing order on X-POS

When you are troubleshooting issues with X-POS cannot place order, or have issues with printing receipt, it's becausse you might block X-POS shows pop-ups on your browser before. This article will help you configure the Pop-ups settings in Chrome and Firefox to avoid this issue.

Configuration for Chrome:

1. Open X-POS
2. Click Pop-up icon that contains a red X in the right of the URL bar (see picture below)
3. Choose "Always allow pop-ups..." option
4. Refresh page

Configuration for Firefox:

1. Open X-POS
2. Click Option button on the top right (see picture below)
3. Choose "Allow pop-ups for..." option
4. Refresh page
